میرے پیامبر
تیرے ذکر میں سرور ومستی
تجھی سے روشن نظام ہستی
میں تیری بارگاہِ جہاں پناہ میں
کچھ گزارش کی تاب لے کر
اور دل آب آب لے کر
کھڑا ہوا ہوں

مجھے یہ غم ہے
تیری امت کئی گروہوں میں بٹ گئی ہے
نظام و مرکز سے کٹ گئی ہے

در بدر کی ٹھوکریں
اس کا مقدر ہو گئی ہیں
غیر قومیں اپنی بد خصلتیں
اسکے اندر سمو گئی ہیں

یہ سب مصائب یہ سب آفات
زوال و پستی کے محرکات
اس لئیے ہیں کہ اب یہ امت
تیری اطاعت سے ہٹ گئی ہے

اے معلم دو جہاں تیرے لئیے کون و مکاں

تجھی سے منسوب قلب و جاں
میری گزارش قبول کر لے
اور آج پھر امت وسط کو
روشنی کے راستے پر
گامزن کر

وہ روشنی جو تیرے ضیا بار جسم اطہر سے
ابد تک کو پہنچ چکی ہے
یہ روشنی پھر چمک کے کردے
دلوں کو گھائل
میں تیرا سائل
