My Ghazal in English

To sometimes drown in the ocean of my being,
To sometimes leap into the fire of my imagination.

I have set out on the journey of light, my friend,
Never try to find me in the ashes of that light.

This heart, newly soothed by the fresh breeze,
Once in a troubled world, you may ask about it.

I remain silent and content, my friends,
Once in a playful spring, you may question this riddle.

The journey of life still continues in full,
If possible, after me, never sulk or grieve.

How strange and delightfully deceptive this journey is,
You too, in hope of the destination, may sway.

So Shakil has always kept delight hidden from you,
Once in a biting evening, you may kiss these lips.

poem Tees "Invisible pain" refers to the experience of discomfort, distress, or suffering that is not immediately apparent or visible to others.
