Tere Baghair Ab To Guzara Bhi Nahin Hai – A Deep Urdu Ghazal of Love & Loneliness

This is my ghazal which is very favorite of my wife, therefore she insist me to make blog of its first verse.

غزل

تیرے بغیر اب تو گذارا بھی نہیں ہے
اس درد کے قلزم کا کنارا بھی نہیں ہے

میری بلندیوں کا سبب جانے کون ہے

میں نے تو اپنے آپ کو مارا بھی نہیں ہے

اس دور انحطاط میں گم کردہ راہ کو

رب کی طرح کا کوئی سہارا بھی نہیں ہے

کیسے گرا دوں اپنے تخیل کی یاد گار

قتل اپنی آرزو کا گوارا بھی نہیں ہے

اس بد نصیب شام میں اک لمحہ بھی شکیل

اس کا اگر نہیں تو ہمارا بھی نہیں ہے

📌 اردو میں Description:

یہ غزل محبت کی شدت، جدائی کے کرب اور داخلی بے بسی کی ایک نہایت اثر انگیز تصویر پیش کرتی ہے۔ شاعر اپنے محبوب کے بغیر زندگی کو ادھورا محسوس کرتا ہے، جہاں نہ کوئی سہارا باقی رہتا ہے اور نہ ہی درد کا کوئی کنارہ دکھائی دیتا ہے۔ "اس درد کے قلزم کا کنارا بھی نہیں ہے" جیسے اشعار دل کی بے انتہا کیفیت کو بڑی خوبصورتی سے بیان کرتے ہیں۔

غزل میں تصور اور حقیقت کے درمیان ایک لطیف کشمکش بھی نمایاں ہے۔ شاعر کہتا ہے کہ محبوب سامنے ہونے کے باوجود اسے پکارنے کی ہمت نہیں، جو ایک گہری جذباتی الجھن اور خاموش محبت کی علامت ہے۔ یہ خاموشی خود ایک زبان بن کر قاری کے دل تک پہنچتی ہے۔

شاعر اپنی ذات اور بلندیوں کے حوالے سے بھی سوال اٹھاتا ہے، اور اس بات کا اعتراف کرتا ہے کہ اس نے خود کو مٹانے کی کوشش نہیں کی، مگر پھر بھی ایک خلا محسوس ہوتا ہے۔ یہ احساس انسان کی داخلی تنہائی اور خود شناسی کے عمل کو ظاہر کرتا ہے۔

نظم میں موجودہ دور کے انحطاط اور گمشدگی کا ذکر بھی ہے، جہاں انسان کو کوئی مضبوط سہارا میسر نہیں۔ شاعر اس کیفیت کو اس انداز میں بیان کرتا ہے کہ جیسے ایک گم کردہ راہ مسافر ہو، جسے نہ راستہ ملتا ہے اور نہ رہنمائی۔

مقطع میں شاعر نے ایک نہایت درد بھرا اور ذاتی احساس پیش کیا ہے، جہاں وہ کہتا ہے کہ اگر محبوب کا ساتھ نہیں تو زندگی کی کوئی اہمیت باقی نہیں رہتی۔ مجموعی طور پر یہ غزل محبت، تنہائی اور احساسِ محرومی کا ایک خوبصورت اور دل کو چھو لینے والا اظہار ہے۔

In this beautiful verse poet said that there is no life without you,and there is no limits to this redsea like pain.This couplet vividly expresses a deep sense of despair and dependency on the beloved. Here's a breakdown of its themes and emotions:

The poet begins by stating that life has become unmanageable without the presence of the beloved. This line emphasizes the depth of the poet's reliance on their beloved, suggesting that their absence has created a void that makes survival difficult.

Boundless Pain:

The second line extends the metaphor by comparing the poet's emotional suffering to a boundless sea. This sea of pain has no shore, implying that there is no end or relief in sight. The imagery evokes a sense of being overwhelmed by an unending, pervasive sadness. Together, these lines paint a picture of intense emotional turmoil. The poet feels lost and adrift in a vast ocean of sorrow, unable to find any respite or escape. This couplet encapsulates the profound impact of the beloved's absence on the poet's life, highlighting themes of love, loss, and the enduring nature of emotional pain
